Adding required fields totally screws-up tabs.

Hello,

I finally got my form to function properly. Here it is so far:

However, when I make any of the fields required, it causes the tabs to stop functioning. Click on the
"All Other Vehicles" tab to see what I mean:

I have tested your form https://www.jotform.com/61095253698162 and when "All Other Vehicles" tab is clicked form won't go to next page, only if Full Name field is empty. Full Name field is required and required fields must be filled. Only then you will be able to go to next page. 

However if you want to allow your users to go to next page by clicking on "All Other Vehicles" tab, even if required filed is not filled, then you need to set Allow navigation without validation option inside of From Tabs widget to Yes.
