Why the form is redirecting to PayPal slowly?

When you go through the steps of my form and submit to go to paypal, it takes 20 seconds to load the paypal form. Is there anyway to speed this up?

I have submitted your form using the direct link and the embedded form that you have on your website, I do not think that it is taking much time to be redirected to the PayPal payment page, here is my result on both tests.

I have also checked the time that it takes to load, here is the result with the time that it loads.

If this still persists, please try submitting the form on a different network, it could be something that does not allow the form and the redirection to PayPal to work quickly.
