Failed Dropbox Integration

    Hi there, 

    According to JotForm, my form is now integrated with Dropbox...however, when I go to search for the folder that JotForm supposedly created for me, Dropbox can't find anything. 

    How can I tell if my integration actually succeeded? 

    I have already tried disabling the integration, logging out, clearing my cache, logging back in, and setting up the integration again...with the same failed results.

    I just integrated Dropbox with one of my existing forms with no issue. When submitting data, I notice that a the folder was created.

    I have cleared your form's cache. Can you remove the integration and try again. If you are still having problems, please let us know. We will be glad to take another look.
