Hi there, I'm also looking to integrate with Trello, we use Jotform for other employees to request designs to be created by my team and was hoping that the Jotform submission could automatically create a well spaced card within Trello, as Trello does support this connection via email but does not always come out very clear so if Jotform could do this automatically and for it to also be well spaced out with clear answers to my Form questions, that would save me a great amount of time :)

Thank you for your feedback. As you already know, we do not have a direct integrate to Trello (yet). I will forward this thread as a feature request to our developers to count you as one of those who are looking for this feature. We will update you on this thread as soon as we hear any news.
For now, you might need to use a 3rd party application like Zapier if you would like to integrate JotForm to Trello. Here's a link to that integration: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/trello/

Trello has now connected with my Form after giving it a few tries, but this makes duplicated of the cards (one is basic and other is Jotform version) but the Jotform card has no other information on it apart from the fields I have integrated, all other form information has gone, also the due date timing keeps saying 1 AM to me whatever the time I set

I have also tried doing this but is not for the purpose I need it, I use Jotform to get design submissions and get them sent directly to my Trello board, was just hoping for when someone fills in a form and I receive it in Trello that all the details are filled in automatically, such as 'Due Date', 'Members' and so on, I understand this is what the new integration is for but I think I will have to wait when it is more developed, excited to see it here though!

Apologies for the confusion. What my colleague has offered is another feature.
Anyway, I tested the Trello integration and it worked just fine for me. Could you please re-integrate your form with Trello again?
Here's my test:
As you can see, the submissions are added instantly as a new card on my Trello list. There were no duplicates.
Let us know if re-integrating worked this time.

Also tried it again the exact same way you have and same issues again, maybe my form is too complicated for this integration at the moment?
The duplicate always shows at the bottom and top of the list also, with the Integrated version always at the bottom
I Have attached screenshots to show you how this shows for me every time with 'Testing 123' being the form submission

So I went ahead and cloned your form and then integrate it with my Trello, I still could not reproduce the problem.
I tried it with a new list too, still working.
Perhaps it is a setting with your Trello account? I'm not quite certain but according to your screenshot, the one shown on top shows an attachment icon. Maybe a setting that creates auto attachment or some sort like power-ups?
I also tried a submission with files attached, I still could not reproduce the problem.
We will keep on checking but we'd appreciate if you could perform your tests as well, perhaps test it with a new board and a list?

Have tried it once more, no power-ups in Trello and have also removed the email connection from Jotform and Trello (which is why I thought it made duplicated) but still the same issues, hardly any of the information shows and also still makes duplicated, I will try different things throughout the week and see if anything works with it

Hi @taugaming, have you ever check if you ever integrated your form to another app like Zapier? It's quite impossible to create a card on top of the list, because our integration stays at the bottom like always. And no image attachments as cover, because it isn't supported atm.
Would you also be more clear about the submission. You mean every time you submit the form it creates two card is that it? Or were you expecting to "update" the card when the title is the same as any of the previous card?
Perhaps showing us a video walktrough would help us understand the flow.

Hi thank you for the video. I can conclude that the first card created(at the top) wasn't coming from jotform. As you can see you mapped the fields on what part of the card should be - from the builder, but the first card shows all the submission data on the description. Please verify if there's any particular app (like zapier or via webhook) that is connected to your jotform form other that what you did on the form builder.

So now I have created a new duplicate form and also a new Trello board, I completely removed my Notification email from Trello and tested it again, this time no duplicated came up, but still gives me a 1 AM due date every time and also only shows my description, I understand there are not many options for it to integrate with but all my other form fields disappear, and also Members do not connect, each card shows up without any members attached to the card

Hi, I hope you understand that what you mapped on the builder will only gets the particular field. For desc, only the mapped field will have that value. Not all your submissions just like the first card you were referring.
Unfortunately members should only work with their usernames and they should be part of the board. We will continue to improve this integration for instance we will try to use member names together with usernames.

Alright, that's fine, thank you for all your help, I will keep an eye out for updates, but will not be using it yet, happy to see it's here though!
