how to receive notification with downloadable submission

Thank you for contacting us. I am assuming you would like to receive a PDF attachment so you may download the submission. There are two ways of doing this. If you have created a Notification, in the emails setting under the ADVANCED tab, you just require to check the ATTACH PDF. This will attach a PDF report of the submission in the email.

If you have created an autoresponder or do not wish to have an attachment, you may place a hyperlink in your email body. The link will enable you to download the same PDF report as above. Under the EMAIL tab, you can find and insert all the forms fields in the FORM FIELDS content menu.
