'Form over Quota' - Not sure why we are receiving this error... We have a minimal number of registrations this month. We need the form running asap. Help!

I was unable to find an account related to your email address, I checked the link that you provided and I was unable to find any form.
Please provide us with the link to the form or your account username, so we will investigate why you are receiving this message.
I would suggest you to check your submissions and see if you are allowing your users to upload files, this could be a reason why your account got over quota, check the limits per plan and find yours, it will help you to figure out which limit you have reached.

I just subscribed to the yearly subscription. In the past we have been able to use the free version, even with many more than 10 ‘paid’ subscriptions. Is this a new limit? (The ‘Over Quota’ error came with over 10 paid subscriptions).

I was unable to find your account now and I can confirm that it is a paid account now, yes, I'm not sure if this was not a limit before, but now you are allowed to receive only 10 payments per month, if you have some forms where you are receiving payments then this is certainly the reason why you did receive this message, once you reach a limit there is not to much that we can do, all the limits, except the upload space, resets the first day of a month.
However, it is good to know that you figured out which limit you reached and you were able to upgrade and get your account and forms working fine again.
