Dear JotForm colleagues -
I am active user of JotForm. I am using JotForm extensively to automate part of my communication with my clients. Yesterday, my account was sustpended due to suspiction of phishing. This is harmful for my business as I today I am receiving complaints, that users are not able to fill the forms I have sent them earlier.
Please unsuspend my account urgently, as I don't collect any unproper information from my clients and not involved in phishing by any means.

I have checked and I have re-activated your account.
You can consider this alternative method as the following:
1. Create a textbox for the password or code
2. Add a Form Collapse field after the code.
Set the "Visibility" to "Hidden"
3. Go to "Setup & Embed" and click "Conditions".
Choose "Show/Hide a form field" and use this condition: When the user types "mytest1" as the code it will immediately show the Form-Collapse field along with any field below it. Thus, simulates the hiding of all form items until the code is correct.
Please find the example form link: https://www.jotformpro.com/form/63352841176962
The code is "mytest1"
