My Jotform is now out of commissin. Is there anything I can do to bring it back up. Is there any suggestions .

I would suggest you to check if you have tried to log out and login . it worked for me

I searched our database for accounts using your email address and found one Premium account (with username sunsauna1) and one Guest account. For your convenience, I went ahead and moved the form from the guest account to your paid account. As it looks similar to the other form, I have renamed it as "Imported Form".
Log in to your paid account and check if these two forms are all that you have. If you are not able to see the forms, make sure that the "All Forms" filter is selected in your forms page.
