I have one of your forms on my website, which is frequently used and I receive the forms from you via email. However, I am unable to access this account anymore, and on trying to log in using the email address, I get an error message: 'no account is associated with this email address'.
I have attached a screenshot of a recent email from you, where you can see the email address is actively used. Please can you help me to sort this out!

This form (https://www.jotformpro.com/form/40563891819970) is registered under a different email address. The email notification is being sent to (info@radian***ther.co.uk) since it is possible that it is the assigned email recipient. Also this form is associated with the username (webmpdesigns).
Is it possible that they are the one who created your form under their account? Thank you.
