The subject line in my form email still reflect the old form name

I cloned a form, then i changed the name of the form BUT when it send the email it uses the old form name in subject line.

it shows the name:

RK T-Shirts Custom Info in both titles...but shows Bad Ideas T Shirts contact us form

You need to manually update the subject line in the email. Here's our guide on how you can access the settings:
