Is it possible for image file uploads at the Shopify checkout page to be synced with the specific Shopify order? Or at least have the file automatically titled to include the corresponding Shopify order #?

I'm not sure if understood your question, are you trying to send the uploaded file using your JotForm to your Shopify order?

Or are you trying to use a form field as name of the uploaded file on your form?

Please provide us a bit more about what are you trying to achieve, if this is not possible to do, then we could escalate it to our second level as a feature request so our developers will take it into account and it might be developed in the future.

Hi Kevin - thanks for the response!

A bit of background, on our Shopify store customers can upload their own photo to have a custom item made with that photo.

Right now we have it so that the file upload option is at checkout (after payment and shipping details are confirmed). The uploaded image file is then saved in JotForm, but we aren't sure how to determine which image is associated with which Shopify order. We need to be able to match up the specific image with the specific order.

Our instructions on the upload page tell the customer to title the file with their name so that we can match up the image and the order, but we were wondering if the file + order can somehow be automatically linked together?

Thank you for your clarification. If I understand you correctly you would like some form of knowing which image was uploaded for each record in your shopify account.

At the moment the only way to verify this is by creating a notification email. You can create an email notification to receive information on the submitted data which would include the user details the email will also contain a link to the uploaded file or have it displayed in the email itself.

In order to display uploaded images directly on your email, you should add IMG prefix into your upload tag. Such as: {uploadImage} => {IMG:uploadImage} this prefix will create an image with the original dimensions of the uploaded image. If you want to specify dimensions, you should provide them as arguments. Such as: {IMG:uploadImage:100:200} will put an image 100px wide and 200px tall.

Hi,  Could you tell me which widget Michelle is speaking of?  I need one that will integrate with one of Shopify, BigCommerce or Weebly.  I have not decided which platform I will use for my business yet.

I am not sure about which widget Michelle is speaking of.

However if you want to allow your users to upload images  to your form you can use File Upload field.

You can also check our File Upload widgets:

If you have any followup question I would suggest you to open new thread and provide us more details about what you are trying to achieve.
