I can't publish my form

    I am pushing the publish button, but nothing happens. Can you help me please. Thank you.

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. There was a temporary issue and Publish button was not working. Our developers have quickly fixed this issue and Publish button is not working. 

    Please try again and if it's still not working, let us know.
