    My Name Is Stephen White

On all my forms i hit the publishing button and it doesn't give me a link or anything. I am desperatly trying to use Jotform with my company but again. I get in a meeting and have a problem.  This is the most important time of the year for us and we are just rollingout our new product. Could maybe someone take time to set up a call, It very could well be my fault whats taking place but I need to get to a conclusion so I can buy the product and start. If you can't do a call let me know what i have to do to fix

    Thank you for you time

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. There was a temporary issue with the Publish button some time ago. However, the issue was quickly identified and fixed by our backend team. It should be working fine by now. Please check and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thank you!

    Hello Stephen

I have been suffering the same problem BUT I finally found a way around the problem.

    1. Save and publish your forms as normal then don't bother to copy the code from Jotforms.

2 open your page where the form is to be located and click on the Jotform icon.

3 This will open a dropdown list of your forms, select the required on and then refresh/reload the page and hopefully it will all be working.

    No more "WAITING"

    Hope this helps.
