Greetings - I upgraded my account from free to premium but the site has not updated my status - also "new saves" aren't registering. Prior to this recent glitch I've been very pleased with the way your service works and look forward to working with it.

I just checked your account and it is actually updated to premium. Can you please try to log out and then log in again?

I've checked your status and you are now on a premium account. Your monthly submissions has been increased to 1,000 per month.
With regard to your 'new saves' issue please provide us the form url or the ID for us to check.
