What happens when I exceed the submissions allowed with my account?

    Currently, I'm using the free model, however, I expect monthly submissions to be over 1,000 in the future.  Does my account automatically transition or do I need to do this in advance?  If I neglect to upgrade my membership in time, do I lose the submissions?   Thank you in advance for your response.

    With the free account, you will be able to get 100 submissions per month with 100mb available space. However, if you go over that limit, you might not be able to receive further submissions. I strongly suggest that if you are expecting to get more submissions than the quota of your current plan, you have to upgrade accordingly to avoid further confict. 

    When you get the 101th submission you will receive an email that says your account is scheduled to be disabled on the next business day noon EST. During this time, your website visitors will see an error message like this:

    Once your quote is exceeded, the forms stop working, however your data is still accessible..


    Best to sign up for a paid membership, in time, before you go over quota.

    Your form will stop working when you reached the limit and you'll be notified through email. No automatic transition will be made. You can still access your data but will not be able receive submissions. I suggest you upgrade your account in advance.

    PS: Every first day of the month, counter resets back to zero.
