Hi again,
I am having an issue receiving the autoresponder email for my form.
I sent out a test email and that worked fine; however, i tested the form twice - once using the same email I tested with and another using an email that I have not had issues with receiving notifications from jotform before, and both times I did not get the autoresponder email. I got the email notification, which was set to both emails I tested the autoresponder with, but did not get the autoresponder email.
What can I do to fix so can receive autoresponder email

I check the recipient email of your autoresponder and it is set to "Name" instead of the Email field. This is the reason why you are not receiving the autoresponder messages. I suggest to correct it.
