    Cannot access preferences menu and email

    Hi,

    I tried to implement your solution but for some reasons I cannot access the preference menu. I found as well that the automated reply mails have disappeared is it another hick up of JotForm European servers ?

    Hello Georges,

    I checked your form preferences and email wizard and I can access them just fine. I can also see the autoresponder notification.

    While I cannot see any incidents today from EU users, I suggest to please check it again. Relogin to your account if necessary.

    I have the same issue. I am in America. It happens intermittently. I am able to access Preferences just fine and then I will click to get into that menu and nothing will happen - i stay on the form edit page. It has been going on for about 2-3 months and usually happens after i've been working on a form for a while. I have to completely close the jotform program (not just the form) and go back to your URL to get the Preference menu to come up when selected.
