I am trying to use jotform to upload a file and use the url for the uploaded file in InfusionSoft.
I watched the video below:
In this video he shows that by mapping the JotForm field to a custom field in InfusionSoft, I would get the full URL. However, this is not happening when I test it. Am I missing something? Is there any additional configuration I need to do to get this working?

What I noticed is that you have an infusionsoft widget on your form. Have you tried using a regular file upload field instead? I noticed on the video that it was using a regular file upload field to map it with a custom field in infusionsoft.

I have followed the steps as on the video and I noticed the same, only the file's name is being sent to the custom field instead of the link to the uploaded file.
I'm escalating this thread to our second level so one of our developers will take a look and will fix this issue, you should receive news about the progress on this thread as soon as we get some.
