Mothly Submissions counter limits

    Hi,

I'm wondering about the $20 plan. It says 1000 "Monthly Submissions" and I'm wondering if that means you're allowed to create up to 1000 new submissions every month, or if you're only allowed to have a total of 1000 submissions in your account. I'm assuming it means you're allowed to create 1000 new submissions every month, so that's 12,000 submissions total in a year.

Do the unused submissions transfer over to the next month if they aren't used? If August and September are slow months, would those unused submissions transfer to November and December, where people might be using the service more for the holidays?

    Thanks,

    Cory

    Hi Cory,

I'm assuming it means you're allowed to create 1000 new submissions every month, so that's 12,000 submissions total in a year.

In a way this is correct because you get fresh 1000 submissions every month (the maximum limit is 1000 per month). The submission counter resets to zero(0) every month (on 1st day of each)

Do the unused submissions transfer over to the next month if they aren't used?

Nope. The max monthly submissions limit is fixed at 1000 per Month. Unused submissions will not carry over on the next month. What happens instead is the submission counter gets resetted back to zero(0) every 1st day of each month. So you always have clean slate for 1000 submissions every month.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Cheers
