Another thing I just noticed… my “from” still says noreply@jotform even though I verified a different email.

    How to fix / test?

If you have verified the a custom email address and have selected it as a Sender Email, then it should show you that already. Where are you seeing the "noreply@jotform.com"? Are you seeing that still on the email notification you receive when your form is submitted or on the account? Please give us more information. We will wait for your response. Thank you.

OK, I see now that the email is there… I filled out the contact form to test it, and I get a notification and I see it is there.

However, the “name” in front of that verified email is picking up the name from the form, which at first glance is ok…

But, does it make it confusing to see the contact form sender’s name in front of the verified email?
What is the purpose of the verified email if we are not sending a response email?

    Thanks again,
    Christine

That's odd, if you are using your own sender email, that is what should be shown as the sender. Could you please share a screenshot to illustrate what you mean? https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033-How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
