    Hello Taher,

    Here are the steps I would suggest for your forms to be displayed in mobile devices:

    #1. You should first make your form mobile responsive. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-Make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive

    #2. Grab your form's iFrame embed code and use in in the webpage where you want to embed your form. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

    Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello Ashwin,

    Respective #1:

    I made it responsive like you described, but it is still not showing on mobile devices at all.

    Respective #2:

    I tried every option. I tried iFrame, SourceCode, LightBox, PopUp, Link. But nothing works.

    What can i do else?

    I would leave the iframe as it is, but please do note that the place where you have added the form is the one that actually gets hidden on mobile device.

    Div that holds the form:

    <div class="mediumScreenDisabled">

    gets disabled once the page is opened on mobile device.

    This is the code that does it:

    @media screen and (max-device-width: 1024px) {
     .mediumScreenDisabled {
        display: none;

    What I would suggest is to either place it in another section on your website or to change the CSS codes to show the form itself.
