How to redirect to the thank you page without loading the entire website?

Asked by homeplanet on April 25, 2016 at 12:45 PM

I love the thank you page and it works fine, but... My web page is just a very long scroll page. The contact form is towards the end of the web page. Although I just want to use the 'normal' Thank You functionality, it does a refresh of the page, which brings me back to the top of the page. To see the actual Thank You, users would need to scroll back down to see it. Is there a way to '#jump' to the Thank You message? See http://www.eszar.com/#contactjump

If I can understand, you want to avoid the form to refresh your webpage once  it is submitted, I have tested it and seems like you were able to fix this.

This is how it is redirecting to the thank you page:

If you want to load your thank you page in the same place you would need to use either our default embed method or the iFrame method.

These methods use an iFrame to load your form in the webpage, when the form is submitted and your form is redirected to the thank you page then it will load in the same place without refreshing your website.

If you are using other embed method and a custom thank you page then you will need to add the URL like this "www.url.com#id" where "id" is the ID of the element where you want the page  to load once it is redirected.

This is basically the same  that you already done with the link you provided http://www.eszar.com/#contactjump where it loads where the form is embedded.
