You said that you indicated earlier that you wanted to revert to our free plan to prevent being rebilled for another month of service but got charged again today.
However, I didn't find any record or notice of this on our end but I have cancelled and reversed it for you so that you will no longer be charged in the future.
Also, just as a reminder if you ever need to cancel your jotform subscription plan in the future you can easily do this by referring to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account.
