Email notifications errors

    I am having difficulty getting emails delivered to my domain from several forms. Our email is hosted by Google Apps for Business @wyonegonic.com. I have set the Apps admin panel to bypass any email from @jotform.com.

     

    This form does work sending email to our domain: http://form.jotform.com/form/20033531372

    These forms do not work:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20647859888981

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20574778738974

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20664994322963

    The forms that do not work, I have tried several different emails from our domain to no avail. I am able to get notifications and tests from all forms when delivered to my personal Gmail account. 

    Perhaps you can send me a current list of IP addresses that I can add to my Spam whitelist on my Google Apps Control Panel.

    Kindly find the IPs that need to be added top your ISP side to allow you receive this submissions/emails. Use the link below

    Our mail server ip's to whitelist are:

    174.34.57.214, 174.34.57.216, 174.34.57.218, 174.34.57.219, 208.117.50.251

    ..

    I have checked the email address on the notification for the form 20647859888981, and it does appear the emails are being accepted for delivery for the email host. 

    --

    Can you try whitelisting those mail servers above to see if you have any better success? 

    If it still fails after whitelisting, can you please try one other thing, change the Sender Email of the notification email to something other than noreply@jotform.com

    Thanks for the quick reply. I have added those IP's to my domain. I am
    still having trouble with one email address but I will give the server
    12-24 hours to see if the errors clear.
