How to show the header and footer in all the pages of PDF printed submission?Asked by mckbosart on April 25, 2016 at 04:28 PM
Im sorry my question wasn't clear! I have it set on the first page, but I want it to print on both pages..
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF
Unfortunately, I still cannot understand what are you referring to, could you please provide us the link to your form?
Is a multiple pages form?
Please provide us a bit more about what are you trying to achieve, we will be glad to help you.
Sorry, my form is set to print a pdf with only the fields that have been filled out. Which is working perfectly, but unfortunately, if the PDF results prints out on 2 pages, there is no heading on the second page. Is there a way to have it print a header/footer on each pdf page?

I have checked the form, made a test submission and printed it, I can see that currently it is displaying only in one page; however, it seems a bit distorted and I would suggest you to reset the PDF layout of your report.
To do so, you will need to click on Get PDF->Customize PDF while in the submissions page:
Then click on the button "Reset", but do not save the changes, only download your PDF report again.
The header and footer will be as they are in the form, for example, if the PDF file that you will download has more than 2 pages then the header will be in the first page and the footer will be only in the second page.
Please do let us know how it works when you reset the PDF layout.
