How to display a text field with another field value in the notification email?

Hello again,

I have a test form that shows a problem I'm running into with respect to how things render on screen verses in an email.

On screen, the field value renders the "calculation" value but when I use the same field value in an email it render that which the users read or the "Options" value.

How can I get a calculation value to render in an email rather than the equivalent "options" text?

My test form allows you to get an email response that will show you what I'm referring to.

I've checked your JotForm and see that you are looking to display the text field in your email. Unfortunately, the text fields cannot be included in the email since they display static content. However, you can copy the same content of the text field to the email in order to display in the email. I've cloned your JotForm to my account and tried adding the content manually. Please see the screencast below that can help you with your requirement.
