Getting an error message on my forms - form over quota

Hi I'm getting an error message (form over quota) when I preview my forms.  They have not been used much so I was wondering why I'm getting that error.  They are also magically removed from or shopify web site also.

How can I fix this and get my 2 forms working again.

    Thanks

    Johnny

You have currently passed the 100MB upload space limit allocated for this month for free account. See the pricing page for more details about upload space limits on every plans http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

Your total upload space has reached to 135.44 MB, while free user's upload space limit is 100MB. In order to sort this out, you may want to upgrade to any of the paid plans for a higher upload space limit. If you don't wish to upgrade, you have to delete your form submissions specially those with file attachments in your form submissions page to free up your upload space. Make sure to download the files first for your local copy.
