    Form Analytics: Number of views is incorrect and does not update properly

    I have had people view my form, however the graph has not updated during the past 3-4 days. I can see the IP addresses and the "__ minutes/hours ago" time for each person who views my form, but the graph still reflects the data from the end of last week. For example, I am certain that I had one form submission sent on 4/25 but the graph shows that I had zero people view the form the entirety of 4/25. As the attached picture shows, I have had 175 people view my form, but the graph shows that I have only had a total of 134 people view the form. This is the only form that I have created, so all the count shown under the account drop-down menu reflect only views on the form referenced above. Is there something that I can do to reset the form analytics page? Thank you.

    I understand that the form views are not being updated in the Form Analytics though they are displaying the IP address in the Recent visitors section. It seems that there is an issue with updating the views count in the Form Analytics immediately. I'm able to replicate the issue at my end with my forms. However, I'm testing it further to see if I can find any information that may be required to report the issue to our backend team. Could you confirm that the form views are not changed from the value 134 for the past three days?

    Hello Kiran. Thank you for your response. My form analytics page currently shows that I now have 183 views, but the account drop-down menu shows that I have 191 views. It seems that the page views from yesterday (4/26) registered properly, but the page views from 4/22 to 4/25 are still incorrect. I have attached another photo illustrating that I had one submission on 4/25 even though the analytics graph shows that no one looked at the page that day. Does the problem seem fixed moving forward? Thank you.

    That might be a temporary problem with the analytics. While I cannot reproduce the problem anymore, I presume that it is working now. Can you please check it again this time? I just viewed your form from here and it is registered in the analytics.

    I see that IP address at the top of the "recent visitors" list, but the total views number has increased to 186. Is the IP address of every visitor documented, or is there a time lapse perhaps? Thank you.

    Hey,

    You can consider it as there are 2 minutes delay on the graphs. We're calculating the graphs in every minute and it takes around 30 secs to complete the calculations.

    But Latest Visitors table is updated on every load, so there is no delay on this part.

    We have discovered a bug in our User-Agent parser library today, and fixed it.
