Wordpress embedded form stuck to Please wait on submissionAsked by allisouth on April 27, 2016 at 12:29 AM
I have the form on my wordpress.com website, using the Platform link. Once you complete the form, it just sits at "please wait" and never completes. Have tried from 3 different locations to rule out my internet. I even deleted the link and re-posted. Still not working. Thank you!

I test the embedded form on your website and was able to see the problem.
Can you try first reembedding your form http://www.jotform.us/form/61005948175154 on the website using instead its Iframe embed code.

See if the re-embed process makes any difference.
Let us know if issue remains.
Awesome, thank you!! It works.
On behalf of my colleague, you're kindly welcome. We are glad to hear that, the issue has been resolved for you. Embedding your form with Iframe method generally fixed the issues since the code is displayed inside an Iframe. Because of that reason we highly recommend our users embedding their code with IFrame method. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
