I use Authorize.net to process payments. Right now I am in the Authorize.net developer sandbox.
Whenever I process payments, the customer shipping information is always blank.
My question is how do I get form details into those shipping fields. Is this something I can do on the JOTFORM end? Or do I have to dive into Authorize.net literature?
Can I use hidden fields?

The shipping address can be captured from your JotForm when you have an address field added to it. As I check your JotForm, I see that there is no address field added to the form. Please try adding an address field to the form, so that you can send the address to Authorize.Net by selecting the form field from the payment field properties. And yes, the address field that you have added to the form may also be hidden.
