The upload box accepts aproximately 10 percent of the images that are attempted. And yes, the files are within the size conatraints and are labeled correctly. Please help.

I took a look at the page you have mentioned and I see the following form on the same:
https://form.jotform.com/form/61154632277152
Now, I do see that it is embedded using js embed code, as such it can suffer from the conflicts on the page.
Now looking at the image above I see that it is multifile upload, while currently there is a single upload field instead.
If you wish, feel free to turn the multifile upload back on, but do embed your form using iframe embed code.
That will ensure that the code is within the "box" that protects it from the rest of the code on your website and should work properly.
You can see how to get it by going here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code
Do let us know how it goes.

vrattosReplied on April 27, 2016 at 3:44 PMI found the code as instructed and copied it.
It does not say where in the code it should be copied to or how to
access the code in the first place.
I found the CSS style codes in the design partition, pasted the code
randomly therein and there is no change.
It really shouldn't be this difficult. I plugged in the field from the
menu--it should be automatic.
Please help.
