Calculated field not working

Hi, 

I am trying to combine first name + last name to use the full name in a form. It is not working. It shows 0 value. Am I missing something? 

My goal is to add  the full name to the questionnaire path field.

 Also, if I try to add the string '/{firstName}{lastName}' to the end of the questionnaire path, it doesn't work. 

If you change your condition as you see below it will work correctly.
