I cannot create new form. The system is blocked when I click on "new form". Can you help? Thank you.

    I checked your account and it seems to be fine - anthonyhumeau. There seems to be no issue creating new form

    Are you referring to a different account? Can you please give us a screenshot or error you see when you encountered the problem?
