Setting up email notifications to be sent upon change of the applicant status

    Hi I have tried to make a Jotform for leave application.

    The steps are as follows: 

    Step 1: Application filled and submitted. - Email goes to chosen Linemanager and Submitter
    Step 2: Linemanager reopens the form accepting or rejecting the application - email goes to HR and employee

    Step 2 seems to fail. 

    Please help me sort this out.

    To do that Martin, you should use conditional emails.

    For example, if your form has a field called status and it is used to determine if the application is accepted or rejected, you could simply make conditions to check against the status and if it is filled or even go into more details and send different email template based on the status of the same.
