Hey guys,
My client is telling me that he only receives confirmation emails about 60% of the time when people upload art to his site through the form. When someone upload a .zip file its a problem even more of the time.
Can you guys look into this or advise how we can deal with this?

I checked your form, and I can see that you have two notifiers created, one that doesn't have recipient email created:
And another one that has email associated:
I'm not sure to which email you're not receiving emails, I checked for the second one, and I see submissions for today:
Regarding the slow upload, that can be affected by various facts, slow internet connection, busy servers etc.
If you can clarify to which email you're missing submissions it would be helpful?

I deleted the first (blank) notification and will ask him if that fixes the problem.

If the email where you're receiving notifications is: sm***inez@trys***intsolutions.com then please try with test submission and let me know if that worked for you.
