My e-mail responses are not going out to registrants

    Could you please explain why I create an "E-Mail" and it doesn't go to the recipient despite following all of the right steps? I'm just confused. Thanks so much.

    I've checked your JotForm and see that the Recipient email address field is set to First Name and so the auto-responder set on the form is not being sent.

    I've now changed it to Email field on your JotForm and it should be sending the email without any issue. I've sent a test submission after making the change and I've received the email.

    Please check now and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist. 

    If you want to receive a copy to your email address, you may add a new notification email to the form.
