Why won't Jotform load on our PCs. It's only giving us a white screen and we can't log in. Please assist

    May we know how you are viewing the form? Are you using the direct link? Or you have embedded it on a website page? Please do provide us more details about this.

    That is something that is usually related to browser or computer that browser is running on.

    If this is happening with some other websites as well check your Date&Time on the computer since that can cause this problem to occur.

    I'm not sure which browser are you using, but you can try to reset your browsers cache, please check this guide regarding that.
