Unable to change form title

Hello!

The new preferences panel no longer has the option to edit the "page title" of the form (ie what shows up in the tab bar of the browser when the form is opened as a separate page). How could I get in there to edit this?  

The form in question was cloned from a previous version, updated for the current year. I need all the "2015" to be switched to "2016". I've caught most of it, except the page title. Help!

Scrap that. I found it! It was hidden under "Show More" in Preferences > Advanced settings... my bad.
