I cannot open attached files from applicants

    Dear JotForm,

    Since this morning me and my colleagues have not been able to open the attached files from our applicants in our Forms. We have tried to solve the problem by checking the sugested errors, but none of this is solves it.

    We hope you can help us solving the problem as fast as possible.
