I am trying to use the form as an alternative for a staff member that can't collect behavior data while working. However for my data to be accurate he will need to collect every 30 mins is their a way to have the form emailed to him every 30 mins so he fills it out?

I know this is a lot and probably isn't possible just asking.

    Thanks!!

To do something like that, you would need to have email with form link scheduled on your own website or over some email service that would offer the same.

Since JotForm is service for collecting data, the emails are sent as a way to notify you of the submission, as such option does not exist.

The only workaround that might help you is if you submit the form each 30 minutes and have the email autoresponder set to send your staff member with the link to the form. This will however mean that if you do not submit the form, he would not get it.

The option with the use of your website would (in my opinion) be best for you, since you can set a cron job to fire after any time interval that you wish.
