KAG can't see the phone number of customer enquiries when they are filling in all the field s on the form

Re-create your form's notification template to get the updated fields.
1. Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts
2. Click your form notification's name
3. Click Delete E-mail
4. Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts
5. Click Add New Email
6. Choose Notification
7. Follow the Email Alert Wizard to finish creating your new notification
This resets all placeholder for your fields so that no single data will be missed in your form's notification email.
