I thought I set up my form to email me directly when someone fills out the form but I have run tests and not received an email.
Am I correct that there is a way to make this happen without logging into the website daily to check?

Your email settings look good. I have submitted a test form entry, please check if you received the message.
Also, I would like to recommend you to register a free account with us to increase your account limits and to be able to mange the forms at any time.
Currently your form is located under a guest account type.

Thanks for testing, Mike. I still have not received your test email in my inbox, I even checked my junk and spam folders. Are certain email types excluded?

The messages are marked as successfully sent in our logs. You may try whitelisting email@example.com address on your end to see if that makes any difference.
We also support custom SMTP senders for email alerts.
