I need to link an existing JotForm user as a user for one of my forms. Can this be done?
And is it possible to have email submissions email notify more then one person? I have two forms, submissions for one needs to notify me and the other needs to notify a coworker.
Thanks

Hello,
Yes, you can link an existing user as a user to one of your forms. We call this sub users. It's assigning an account to one account with full control or limited access controls to any or to a specific form. You can learn more and get a walk through about sub users from this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
Regarding your email recipients, you can do this in two ways.
1) You can separate your email recipients with a comma
2) You can simply add a new email notification on your formI assume you know already how to modify your email notifications. However if you need further assistance, please do let us know.
Thanks.
