    Create PDF Form gets stuck on "working" and the PDF is not generated

    Great to hear, thanks. Lastly, when I try to convert my form into a PDF form, it gets stuck on "working" and won't move beyond that. I clicked the order form to convert, went to the "more" dropdown on the right side, clicked create PDF form and then got the working notice and endless spinning icon. Here is a screenshot. The Create PDF form icon is grey versus black and wonder  if that is a problem. 

    What do I need to do to resolve this?

    Sorry about the issue, Erin. I can replicate it on my end as well, it looks like our generation of fillable PDF forms in not working correctly at the moment.

    This thread has been raised as a bug report to our developers, and we will update you here as soon as the issue with PDF creation is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Thanks so much for giving this your attention. I'm sure you can't give me an exact timeframe, but would be really helpful to have an approx timeframe for issues like this? Like if it will likely be resolved over the weekend or if it will be another week / month etc., so we can plan accordingly.

    You are correct that we can't give you any official estimates or time-frames for when any issue will be resolved.

    In an unofficial capacity, our server for generating fillable PDF forms experiences such issues from time to time, and they are usually resolved within a few working days. As it is currently weekend, developer in charge of PDF generation will likely be able to work on it on Monday or Tuesday, which is when I would expect this issue to be resolved.

    With that said, there is also a very small chance that your particular form could have issues with being turned into PDF, that are unrelated to our current issue that affects generation of any fillable PDF. For that reason, we will let you know when our PDF generation in general is back up and running (which should be within a few days), so you can then try generating the fillable PDF from your form and let us know whether you experience any further issues.
