I tried to use the password retrieval link. But it's not working. Can someone help?

Once you have followed the steps to get the email with the reset instructions, the email will be sent to this email address email@example.com.
That is the email address related to your account, I have also checked our records and found that the email with the reset instructions was successfully sent, so you should be able to find it in your junk or spam folders.
This email has a link where you will be able to reset your password, please try again and let us know if you did not receive the email, we should be able to provide you with the link that is sent in the email.
