    Can't receive e-mail notification at one of two e-mail addresses

    Hello,

     

    I looked through the forums and cannot find an answer specific to my question.  I have set up notification to send to two Yahoo e-mail addresses.  I can test this, and receive the test e-mail at both e-mails, but I don't receive a "real" form at one of the addresses.

    Example, I receive the real forms at spots317@yahoo.com.

    I do NOT receive them at wvrcmri@yahoo.com

    Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?  I've checked the spam folder of the wvrcmri@yahoo, but they don't show there, either.

    Kindly check on how to set receipt emails on this link; http://www.jotform.com/help/30-Understanding-Reply-To-and-Recipient-Settings-on-E-mail-Wizard

    You can also try to edit the second email and check keenly to ensure it is correct.

    I appreciate your response, however this did not help (I'd read through the answers on this topic in the forums and tried this). E-mails are all correct, as I get the "test" e-mail at each e-mail.

    There are conditions set for the notification emails I can see that in the email settings you have manually added the email address wvrcmri@yahoo however in the conditions this was not  set as one of the recipients. Please add the said email address in the condition wizard rule as well.

    Here are the steps on how to access the saved conditions:
    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on 'Setup & Embed'
    3. From the Toolbar select 'Conditions'
    4. In the Conditions wizard window click on 'Saved Conditions' found in the lower left corner.
