Forms not being forwarded to email

    I noticed a little over a week ago for some reason I was not getting any sample request forms, so I went and checked your page and I had a ton in my inbox, but for some reason none of them are being sent to my email like they used to.  I checked the settings and my email is still in there, and I tried to send a test email but that did not go through either.  Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening, we are an online flooring and base molding company so samples are crucial to our company.  Please let me know what I can do to get this fixed as soon as possible!

    Hi, this issue should now be resolved. Your email address was actually in bounce list, so notification could not go through when form is submitted.

    If you notice email are not being received, you can save time by checking if the email address is bouncing and remove it from the list - How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
