How to include headers in form reports?

We have some very long forms for which the submission data is not meaningful unless the headers are included. This includes the email report, and the PDF download. Is there any way to include the headers in those reports?

    Thank you!

Yes, you can show this within your form to make it resemble your form more appropriately by simply enabling the headers and text.

This is very nice, but I see that it's not "sticking." Is there any way to make it permanent so that we don't have to click it every single time we are going into that particular form? Thank you!

What exactly do you mean by it's not "sticking"?

Are you referring to you've enabled it on a form and it's not staying like that?

And do you mean you want to have it "always" enabled for all of your forms when you said you wanted to make it permanent without having to click it every single time?

By default it is disabled so this means you would would need to manually change that from within the submissions viewer as mentioned in the guide. The reason for this is that we initially only show your submission data to keep things clean and simplified.

I'd be more than happy to open up a feature request for you to send to our developers for an global option to enable your headers and text if that's what you want and meant as there currently isn't any sort of feature that does this right now.

By "not sticking," here's what I meant:

When I go into a form and click "show headers and texts", it will show me these things while I'm on that screen. Then when I switch to another form, then go back into the original form, that selection is now unchecked. I had the assumption that once I checked it, it would stay checked.

I would love it if I could check it once, and have it stay that way until I uncheck it.

If you can submit a feature request for this, I would greatly appreciate it, since I'm sure that others would benefit from this as well.

    Thank you!

When enabling the SHOW HEADERS AND TEXTS, it will show all the text and headers of the particular form. If you open other form, you will be require to enable the option here again. It does not affect all the form, but only that particular form.

I am assuming you are referring to this.

Yes, I am aware of this, that I have to activate it for each and every form. When I activate it on one form, then leave that screen, then re-enter the same screen, the option of "show headers and texts" has reverted. I would like it to stay clicked until I unclick it myself. Can you submit this as a feature request?

    Thank you!

I have reviewed the form in question and noticed that the feature is enabled. It will remain to show the headers and text until you manually decide to hide the headers.

I have tested some other forms and after enabling the feature, The headers and text are shown permanently. It does not get disabled after a while.

Well that's strange, because I changed this on 5 different forms, and when I went back in to each of them, it was turned off, but maybe it was a fluke.

Meanwhile, can you please remove the screen shot from the previous answer, since it is showing confidential information. Thank you very much.

Sounds like there was an intermittent delay between our servers and your browser to reflect the changes for the headers and text after you ticked the box since it should've remained constant and we do apologize about that.

I took a peek at your first form and I can confirm the show headers and text is enabled properly. Is it still showing as turned off on your end each time?

If so then may we know what browser and browser version you are using so we can investigate it?

Also, I've removed the screenshot from victors previous response for you per your request. That data should have only been shown if the thread was private and we do apologize about that.
