Where do I see the statistics for the form, so that to know when to upgrade?

i mean from free to a paid version, or from a paid to a higher level - i think you charge per views, or whatever - so how  / where do i see that info?

On the main toolbar, next to the Pricing link, you can click on the USER icon. Here you can view all the limits and stats for your account. If you are reaching the limit, you will notice that the bar will be red. You will also be receiving an email asking you to upgrade because you are reaching the limit.
