He has tried on Chrome and Edge. It all works for us on different browsers.
We have tried to remove the form and rebuild the form, with no luck. He has cleared his cache multiple times.

When opening your site in FireFox and Chrome, I was able to view the captcha field properly. Please try clearing the cache of the browser.
